Publicity Stunt Gone Wrong: Jhene Aiko & Husband Separate after Rumors of Her Really Creeping with Big Sean Surfaced

R&B songstress Jhene Aiko was with her husband for 4 years before they decided to tie the knot. The couple appeared to be living happily ever after until Jhene’s industry team decided to have the songstress collaborate with hip hop artist Big Sean to produce a joint album.
For marketing purposes, both management groups thought it would be a great idea for Sean and Jhene to portray some type of romantic involvement to sell records.
This publicity scheme was initially okayed by Jhene’s husband/ producer, Dot Da Genius, but later proved detrimental as both artist were accused of actually having a real affair.
This might just as well be a rumor, but the burden of its truth took a toll on Dot; and he decided to file for separation. Jhene is still willing to make her marriage work, but is it too late?
Was this fake relationship worth it? Well I heard a few tracks from the joint album just the other day, and the chemistry between the two, musically, is undeniable.
