Pillars of the Music Industry Announce the Black American Music Association

Michael Mauldin, Demmette Guidry and Judy Klein, head the non-profit professional trade association that just announced the Black American Music Association (BAM). Some of their goals for the future include:
- A Black American Music Walk of Fame, which is scheduled to begin the building process this fall in Atlanta Georgia.
- In 2022 A Black American Music Awards, celebration for the 100th year of Black
American Music - A Professional Certification program, and other educational opportunities
- Partnerships with other non-profit organizations such as Hope for Harvest, NXG Leaders, and The Otis Redding Foundation
