If you love Pandora jewelry especially its charm bracelets then you may love them more after this big news. Pandora is the first big jewelry company to completely give up mined diamonds. Mined diamonds as we know or you may not have faced widespread issues behind how they are sourced. From human rights issues to negative impacts on the environment.
So what will Pandora use for diamonds? Well, diamonds of course!
Pandora is making the switch to lab-grown diamonds which is soon to be the new wave. They will be graded the exact same way as mined diamonds so that won’t change. You will still get the 4 c’s cut, clarity, colour, and carat conflict-free.
This is fascinating I love science! The best part, because lab-grown diamonds are less expensive to make than mined a.k.a. blood or conflict diamonds they will also be more affordable.
Could you imagine someone asks you “so what do you do for a living?”. You reply ” Oh, I create diamonds”.
