RPD is investigating after 46 vehicles were broken into inside a parking garage.
The incident happened at the East End parking garage early Thursday morning.
Outside of the East End garage 15 other cars were damaged at Werner Park.
Police has no suspects in custody, and this is an ongoing investigation.
