Offset Reveals Tyler, The Creator Advice That Helped ‘Reinvent’ His Musical Persona

During an interview with GQ, Offset opened up about how advice he received from Tyler, The Creator helped him be inspired about performing and his overall persona as an entertainer and musician.

Offset stated: “I was telling [Tyler] my vision of being a standout artist, and a solo artist, and reinventing myself. I was glorifying him, telling him, ‘I respect how you stay in character [for each album]. He was like, ‘You should do it, too… They always sleep on it, and then you show them throughout the process.”
