Office Of Public Integrity Report Finds That No Employees Violated Policies In Daniel Prude’s Death

The City of Rochester’s Office of Public Integrity released a 48 page report on Tuesday that concluded that there was no evidence of any city employee violating any policies or ethical standards for the city or city departments in the death of Daniel Prude.

Tim Weir, the head of the Office of Public Integrity put the report together by: “interviewing city employees, reviewing relevant city records, and examining related policies, procedures and ethical standards.

During the review, Weir saw a lot of room for improvement. there were several policies, procedures and standards identified that could be created or enhanced to improve city operations.
