Reports are saying we had a record number of 26 tornadoes in New York State this year and seeing more power outages.
New York State Department of Transportation is reminding drivers to treat dark or downed traffic lights as 4-way stops and if you don’t you could be hit with traffic violations.
According to the DOT, there have been around 250 property damage or injury incidents this year relating to a malfunctioning traffic signal.
