NYPD Believes Shooter in Times Square was Targeting his Brother

On Saturday, someone brought fire to Times Square in New York City.
Right now, the police believe the suspect to be a 31-year-old man that was intending to shoot his brother. Instead, he injured a 4-year-old girl from Brooklyn and two female tourists.
CNN reported:
“All three are now out of the hospital and ‘it looks like they’ll make a strong recovery,’ New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Monday at a news conference.”
Currently, Members of the Regional Fugitive Task Force are searching for the man.
The police have yet to uncover a motive, but the investigation is still ongoing.
