Nicki Minaj Sued For Rich Sex

Queens rapper Brinx Billions is suing Universal Music Group, Cash Money Records, Young Money and Nicki Minaj for damages of around $200 million.

Apparently, he has known Minaj since 2007 when they met on MySpace. His story is that he played his version of the song for her years ago and she told him it was globally marketable. He claims that her song stole music arrangements, specific lyrics,  beat patterns, etc.

Jawar Headley aka Brinx Billions is listed as a writer for the song in the ASCAP database but, he insists that he is the sole author, creator, writer, producer and composer of “Rich Sex”.
