New Trailer for Bob Marley Biopic ‘One Love’

Paramount unveiled a sneak peek of the much-anticipated biopic, “Bob Marley: One Love,” with Kingsley Ben-Adir in the leading role as the iconic reggae musician and social activist, Bob Marley. Alongside him, Lashana Lynch of “The Woman King” will be portraying Rita Marley, Bob’s wife and a singer in her own right.
The director’s chair is occupied by Reinaldo Marcus Green, known for his stellar work in “King Richard” and “Monsters and Men.” Notably, the film’s production crew includes Bob’s family members—his son Ziggy Marley, daughter Cedella, and wife Rita. The storyline traces the life of the “Three Little Birds” singer, culminating in the historic 1978 One Love Peace Concert, set against the backdrop of a violent political crisis in Jamaica.
“Bob Marley: One Love” is set to release in theaters on January 12, 2024. See the new trailer below:
