With COVID-19 still affecting most of the country. That means there’s less cars on the roads. But, that doesn’t mean that people don’t need to go from point A to point B. New ride sharing rules are coming to Lyft. Both riders and drivers will have to do a self check according to the ride sharing company. Lyft confirmed they due to COVID-19, those that use the service must wear a mask or cover. Drivers must keep their vehicle clean and have hand sanitize with them at all times. Windows must be open and no seating in the front seat. Lyft isn’t the only one changing things up. Competitor Uber also introduced similar rules last week. Announcing they are sending masks to their drivers. What Lyft is calling the Personal Health Certification will be required by every rider and driver. Be Safe.
