New City Pilot Program with The Help of ESL To Help Kids Start Savings Accounts

The City of Rochester received $244,000 with the help of ESL Federal Credit Union to kick off a pilot program that will help children start savings accounts.
The pilot program will start by next year and plan to make it city wide in two years.
