The Center for Teen Empowerment (TE) hosted this significant ceremony, inaugurating the construction of their new establishment, the Barack and Michelle Obama Youth Center, situated on Genesee Street.
This event not only signifies the physical start of the center’s construction but also serves as a joyous celebration of the remarkable seven-year journey undertaken by TE’s youth and dedicated staff to turn this vision into reality.
