National Night Out 2023 Rochester Events (Tuesday Aug. 1st)

Northeast NSC/Clinton Section 

  •  All Northeast Neighborhoods and block clubs: 5:30 to 8 p.m. International Plaza – 828 N. Clinton Avenue – Activities include: Meet your neighbors; Recreational Activities; Performances; Music; Free Food.

Northwest NSC/Lake Section

  • All Northwest Neighborhoods and Block Clubs:  5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Cameron Teen Center parking lot -48 Cameron St. Grilled hotdogs provided.

Southwest NSC/Genesee Section and Central Section

  • Wadsworth Square Neighborhood Group: 7 p.m. at the Wadsworth Square Park. Ice-cream social.
  • Corn Hill Neighbors Association: 7 p.m. Ice-cream social at the gazebo at the Lunsford Park -441 Frederick Douglass St.
  •  Upper Mt Hope Neighborhood Association: 6 – 8 p.m. at the Eastmoreland Park – Eastmoreland Dr and Shelbourne Rd.
  • 19th Ward Neighborhood Association: 5 – 8 p.m. A motorcade will leave Bull’s Head Plaza at 5:30 p.m., ending at Genesee Valley Park Roundhouse shelter for a cook-out. The evening will include a Salute to the Rochester Police Department representatives and Ms. Frances Johnson, 1931 – 2023.  Enjoy a performance by the Nate Rawls Community Jazz Band. Hamburgers, hot dogs and an ice-cream truck provided.

Southeast NSC/Goodman Section and Central Section

  •  ABC Street Neighborhood Association: 6 – 8:30 p.m. Harvard St./Calumet. Hamburgers, hotdogs and ice-cream sundaes will be provided.
  •  Lock 66 Neighborhood Association: 6 – 8 p.m. Sumner Park, picnic.
  •  North Winton Village Neighborhood Association: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Linear Gardens on East Main St. (Almost to North Winton Road). Finger foods provided.
  • Beechwood Neighborhood Association: 6:00-7:30 p.m. Covenant United Methodist Church located at 1124 Culver Rd. Pizza will be provided.
  • performance by the Nate Rawls Community Jazz Band. Hamburgers, hot dogs and an ice-cream truck provided.
