Monroe County executive Adam Bello gave an update Monday afternoon on how things are looking in our County during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Bello continues to encourage social distancing and if anyone see large groups in violation to call 911. Also any nonessential businesses operating will be fined $1,000, Park will remain open but will be heavily monitored.
Adam Bello said New York State governor Andrew Cuomo is re-evaluating school closures every 2 weeks but believes schools in Monroe County will not re open this school year. But that will be a collective decision made by school superintendents and the Monroe County Health Department.
Hopefully we’ll definite answers soon.
