Missing Child Alert

Police are looking for help with a missing 3-year-old boy from Rochester. The 3-year-old Ravond Simms was seen last wearing a white long sleeve shirt, green camp pants, and Nike sneakers. Ravond is two feet tall, weighs 27 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
Police say he is with an adult female that may have traveled to Maryland. He has been missing since July 31st when he was last seen. If you have any information, police ask that you call 911 and click here for full NY State Alert.
