Michigan Man Is Back In Jail After Shooting 6 Year Boy

A judge was heavily criticized after she set Bail at $10,000 for a Michigan man who allegedly shot a 6 year old boy.

The man who is identified as Ryan Le-Nguyen  is back in jail after a hearing Thursday which increased his bail to $100,000.
According to reports Sheriff deputies responded to a call about a six-year-old boy being shot last Sunday.
The altercation started with Ryan Le-Nguyen, the little boy, along with a 14 year old and a nine-year-old. The boy’s father believed the man shot his son because he left his bike in his yard.
Reports says man fired the gun from inside his house the whole incident was caught on video.
The man was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do bodily harm, and two Firearms charges.
