McDonald’s announced that it’s stop the Artificial intelligence drive through pilot program July 26th after orders were placed wrong from the tested voice automated system.
Reports say the automated system gave customers bizarre orders like ice cream topped with bacon, to hundreds of dollars’ worth of chicken nuggets, and one customer received 9 large, sweet teas.
The automated voice system will be removed from 100 Mcdonald’s locations nationwide the company says the system is not ready and could return in the future.
