Mayor Malik Evans Talks About Crime, Housing & More During Rochester, State of the City Address

Mayor Malik Evans discussed the issue of violence in the city, and touching on several key components that lead to crime in the State of the City Address Wednesday night. As he honed in on the social behavior aspect, he shared that the Rochester Police Department is the first municipal police agency in America with 24/7 access to an ATF agent who reviews all gun arrests.
Mayor Evans also talked about many other projects underway like units being built on Plymouth and main, canal street, and north Clinton just to name a few.
