On January 26th, Mattel announced the release of pioneering pilot Bessie Coleman’s Barbie doll, on Coleman’s birthday! Piolet Bessie Coleman’s Barbie doll l is a part of its “Inspiring Women” series as she was the first Black and Native American woman pilot.
