Man Impersonating Santa Rescued After An Entanglement With Power Lines

Santa found himself in an electrifying entanglement out in Northern California Sunday morning.
A man dressed up as Santa Claus was rescued after flying into power lines according to KCRA 3 news. The Santa impersonator flew a powered parachute into a group of power lines. He took off from a nearby school where he was delivering candy canes to the children in his community.
The man was suspended in the power lines but not for long before rescuers lowered him down to safety. He was not injured in the incident.
Because of the incident, the power had to be shut off for 200 customers in the Rio Lina neighborhood. Neighbors said the man flies around often but it was the first time he was dressed as Santa.
