Man Found in Highland Park’s Reservoir Family File’s Lawsuit Against City of Rochester for $10.5 Million

The family of a man that was found in the reservoir at Highland Park is suing the City of Rochester for $10.5 million dollars for wrongful death.

Reports say Abdullahi Muya went missing last February and was found weeks later in the Reservoir at Highland Park.

The lawsuit is accusing the city of failing to comply with federal rules regarding uncovered drinking water reservoirs.
