Weve all had those moments.. We’re hangry impatient and very frustrated because we wanted a late-night snack immediately from a fast food restaurant drive through and the staff is taking just too long to get you some chicken nuggets! Most of us take a deep breath practice compassion and patiently wait for our order. Leave it to someone in Florida to take it way too far..
A woman in Florida went to a Burger King and was upset because she had to wait a long time for her food.
Reports say the unidentified woman was refunded $40 and was asked to leave after she got out of her car screaming at employees. The woman then reportedly threatened that she was going to get her man and come back.
The woman returned to the fast food restaurant with her boyfriend Kelvis Rodriguez Tormes.
The man got it to a physical confrontation with one of the employees at the fast food restaurant before going back to his truck and returning with a gun which resulted in Tormes shooting the employee.
The employee who was identified as Desmond Joshua was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Tormes was charged with murder destruction of evidence and weapon possession.
