Man Accidentally Sends Shots Off Into Downstairs Apartment

A Seneca County man was arrested and charged with 5 counts of reckless endangerment.
According to reports, deputies responded to a call at an apartment for reports of a gunshots. Upon police arrival they learn Hunter Rogers was cleaning his .22 rifle when he accidentally discharge the gun and let off a shot into the floor which shot into the apartment beneath.
5 people were inside the apartment at the time of the incident, luckily no one was hurt.
Mr. Rogers was taken into custody by sheriff deputies and issue an appearance ticket force 5 felony charges.
