Lilac Festival Updates

After changes were made to the annual Lilac Festival in Rochester, the festival is finally here.
The festival will take place over three weekends: May 7-9, May 14-16, and May 21-23.
Organizer Jeff Springut says:
“As this COVID thing rolled out and rolled over us, there have been many discussions on whether to cancel the Lilac Festival for a second year in a row, or take a closer look to see what we might be able to do.”
Due to safety concerns, there will no longer be 10 days of free live music to attend. However, there will be some live music at the new Lilac Bistro and Cafe. However, there will be plenty of other activities.
