Leg Day

I did legs yesterday and I can hardly walk. At the gym I walked on the treadmill for 10 mins, then did 10 reps on the leg press, 10 reps of leg extensions and leg curls, and 10 reps on the calf raise machine.

I did each machine four times. After that, I did 4 sets of lunges then went back on the treadmill and walked for 10 more minutes. So now my legs are so sore that it hurts to walk, anytime I bend my legs they’re in pain! So, what do I do for the pain? I soak in the bathtub for 20 mins and then stretch, that way the leg muscles won’t be so tight. If they’re really hurting bad I’ll take some Advil.

Then I do another leg workout in 3 days. #NoPainNoGain!??‍♂️
