The Rochester First website states, “Ashton is due in court later this month. On Thursday, Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley said this case will be presented to a grand jury before the court hearing.”
Northwood Elemantary School principle, Kirk Ashton, has been transferred to Niagara County Jail. After pleaging not guilty to five counts of sexual miscounduct against children, six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, and nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
