Written by on December 10, 2021

Kellogg’s is not playing when it comes to making sure the show doesn’t stop but in this case production of their products. The union for 1400 Kellogg’s workers rejected the deal that would have given them a 3% raise. The workers continue to strike so Kellogg’s said it will replace those workers with new permanent workers.

Kellogg’s is moving forward with its plan to hire replacements for the 1,400 workers on strike. The cereal company has been using temporary workers and salaried workers to keep the plants running during the strike.

The workers have been on strike since the beginning of October at plants in Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.

So do you think Kellogg’s is handling this situation fair or foul? Let us know by tapping the Open Mic on the app and voicing your thoughts!

We will take about it in the morning.
