Kathy Hochul is Ready to Become NY Governor

Our incoming governor and current lieutenant governor of New York Kathy Hochul says that she is ready to take on the role of governor. Hochul vowed to fight for New York residents and maintain a workplace environment that will never be described as “toxic.” The Buffalo native delivered a brief address yesterday, her first public address since Andrew Cuomo’s resignation.
Kathy Hochul will be the state’s first women mayor and will take office on August 24th. In her address, she stated; “The promise I make to all New Yorkers, right here and right now: I will fight like hell for you every single day like I’ve always done and always will…No one will ever describe my administration as a toxic work environment…I think it’s pretty clear the governor and I have not been close, physically or otherwise.”
