Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, has selected Kamala Harris as his running mate, as reported by CNN.
After months of dragging his feet, THIS IS HUGE!! Am I the only one who remembers what a hard time Harris gave Biden in the Democratic debate? Guess who’s getting a whiff of that laser tongue next.
Biden and Harris will formally accept the Democratic nominations during the party’s convention.
Former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice, a serious contender for being Joe Biden’s running mate, gave her congratulations. “I warmly congratulate Senator Kamala Harris on her selection as Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential running mate,” Rice said in a statement. “Senator Harris is a tenacious and trailblazing leader who will make a great partner on the campaign trail. I am confident that Biden-Harris will prove to be a winning ticket.”
