Joy Reid Could Be 1st Black Female Cable Prime-Time Anchor

Joy Reid is set to replace Chris Matthews on MSNBC. Making Reid, cable’s first black female prime-time anchor. The host of AM Joy on the weekends. The Harvard University grad, has been a substitute host for other nighttime shows. Reid has been a political columnist, blogger and commentator, having started her career in Florida.
