Rock & Roll Hall of Fame musician Jon Bon Jovi helped prevent a potential tragedy on the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge in Nashville. While filming a music video on the bridge, Bon Jovi and a video production assistant encountered a woman standing on the ledge. The assistant began talking to the woman, and Bon Jovi slowly approached, waved, and joined the conversation. After some time, the woman turned toward them, and they helped her back over the railing to safety. Bon Jovi hugged the woman after she was safely off the ledge. The incident occurred on Tuesday, and Bon Jovi has declined to comment on the matter. Police confirmed the details of the encounter.
