Jay-Z Calls For Minnesota Gov. & AG To Charge All 4 Officers Responsible For George Floyd’s Death

Hip Hop Icon and Businessman Jay-Z spoke with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, and Attorney General Keith Ellison about charging all four officers responsible for George Floyd’s Death. Jay- Z is not alone Ava DuVernay, Cardi B, T.I. and more have been expressing outrage over Floyd’s death by Minneapolis police. Jay wants Ellison to take over the case and lead the investigation.
On Instagram Jay-Z said “Governor Walz mentioned having a human conversation with me – a dad and a black man in pain. YES, I am human, a father and a black man in pain and I am not the only one.” “Now I, along with an entire country in pain, call upon AG Ellison to do the right thing and prosecute all those responsible for the murder of George Floyd to the fullest extent of the law,” “This is just a first step” Jay-Z said, “I am more determined to fight for justice than any fight my would-be oppressors may have.”

One police officer Derek Chauvin, has since been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
