It’s Official! Kayne West Changes His Name Legally to ‘Ye’

It has been his nickname for quite some time now, but West was ready to take it even further. Formally known as Kayne West, has now legally changed his name to ‘Ye.’ Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michelle Williams Court officially gave the rapper the stamp of approval to formally change his name from Kanye Omari West to just Ye, according to USA Today. Judge Michelle Williams Court stated in court documents: “There being no objections, the petition for change of name is granted.”
