Irondequoit Student Approached by Suspicious Man in White Van

Irondequoit police are stacking up their patrol after reports surfaced of a suspicious man approaching students.

Last Tuesday, just after 3 p.m. a female Irondequoit middle school student was approached by a suspicious man driving a white van on Heberle Road, just off of Culver Road.

According to the student, the man tried to get her into the van, but he drove away when she refused to go with him.
