Illinois Mayor Of Small City Other Half Arrested After Violating Social Distancing Rule

The mayor of a small city in Illinois ordered police to break up anyone not following the social distancing law.
When police went to break up an event at a bar they arrested a number of people including the mayor’s wife.
The mayor expressed he’s embarrassed by his wife’s actions and also said she’s adult who can make her own decisions. She will be facing the same repercussions as everyone else.
The owner of the bar was arrested for outstanding warrants and everyone else was issued citations for reckless conduct.
