The city of Rochester has removed leaves and started the process of draining the Highland Park reservoir after a 29-year man’s body was found back in March putting a boil water advisory in place for residents on the city’s westside.
The reservoir has been removed from the city water system until all proper measures are completed and will begin refilling in June.
