Gov. Hochul & Buffalo Mayor Brown Honor Victims in Tops Mass Shooting

Yesterday, Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Byron Brown announced the creation of a commission permanent memorial that will honor victims of a racist mass shooting at Tops in Buffalo. Buffalo NAACP President Mark Blue will lead the commission.
Governor Hochul, who is from the Buffalo area, said the shooting is “part of the Buffalo story forever going forward.”
