Gov. Cuomo Anounced Federal Assistance Will Be Coming To Families With Kids That Participated In Remote Or Hybrid Learning

Governor Andrew Cuomo just made an announcement Monday that $2.2 billion dollars in federal assistance will be coming to eligible families across the state.

The money will go to families of kids that participated in hybrid or remote learning during the last school year.
Eligible students that participated in full remote learning will receive up to $132 in food benefits for each month they fully participated, students that participated in hybrid learning will receive up to $82 in food benefits for each month they participated.
The money will be distributed in a couple different phases.
