Gabrielle Union and NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” Reach Settlement

Gabrielle Union has been done with NBC’s “America’s Got Talent”, and now the two have reached a settlement. The former judge said her workplace was toxic on the talent competition series. Union was released from the show after complaining of racism, health violations, and her labelling as difficult in advocating for a functioning and dignified work environment.

NBC and Union’s spokespeople said in a joint statement. “We’ve reached an amicable resolution.
