Michelle Marini a former Greece deputy town supervisor is facing felony charges and is accused of illegally using a GPS tracker to monitor a town resident and also facing charges corrupting the government and grand larceny from her time serving the position she held with the town of Greece for almost a decade.
The indictment says, Marini is accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of services for work performed at her former home, as well as two other properties.
