Florida Makes Prayer Or Meditation In All Public School Law

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signs a new law mandating a moment of silence, meditation, or prayer in all public schools K-12. The moment of silence will start the next school year and is so students can pray or meditate.
Starting next year the principals of each public school will have to ensure all teachers make time for one minute. One minute but no more than two minutes of silence for prayer or meditation. Teachers can not make any suggestions or influence the nature of the time in silence.
