Florida Homeowner Faces Fines After Putting Up Xmas Lights Up Early

A Florida homeowner is facing a fine because he put up his Christmas lights too early. His neighborhood homeowners association said Christmas lights cannot be put up until Thanksgiving and he put his lights up on November 6 saying “that’s the only time the company that installed the lights were available”.
