First Day Of Mass Vaccination Site In Rochester Goes Well

Written by on March 4, 2021

The new mass COVID-19 vaccination site at the old Kodak Hawkeye parking lot had a great opening day. The first 1000 inoculations were performed without any problems and participants had nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Nick Brandreth, a Rochester resident commented, saying:

“It was real easy to get through it, it seems really organized and everyone was really friendly and really helpful, and there’s a good energy in there because I think people are hyped to be getting this and I know we’re very grateful to have the chance to get our vaccine today.”

The site is open from 8am to 8pm and is located at the corner of St. Paul and Avenue E. The site was originally taking appointments by zip code, but has expanded eligibility to anyone who is qualified. You can check to see if that includes you here.
