Donald Glover Teams Up with Amazon For A Multi-Year Production Deal

Actor, musician and entrepreneur Donald Glover has reportedly partnered up with Amazon to produce content for their Prime Video platform.

The multi-year, 8 figure deal will give Glover his own channel that highlights his work and other curated programs on the video hub.

He will be producing other series for Amazon Prime Video, including a series called Hive, which follows a fictional famous person’s career. It has been mentioned that Malia Obama has joined the Hive writing team as well.

Glover will be very busy over the next couple of years – in addition to the Amazon deal, the FX show Atlanta was just renewed for another 2 seasons and he’ll be starring in the new Mr. & Mrs. Smith that’s set to release in 2022.
