It’s the beginning of flu season and doctors are expecting cases to be higher than normal this year.
Right now the New York City, Albany, and Central New York area is already seeing a spike in flu cases and a total of 600 hundred cases statewide.
Doctors are encouraging people to get their flu shots sooner than later.
