CNN’s Chris Cuomo Advised Brother Andrew Cuomo to Resign

CNN Anchor Chris Cuomo, brother of Andrew Cuomo, has recently opened up about New York Governor’s resignation. Chris Cuomo said that he ultimately advised his brother to resign amid a sexual harassment scandal, saying he “never imagined it was something he would have to do.” During Cuomo’s resignation, Chris was not on air. After a weeklong vacation, he discussed his brother during a 3 1/2-minute segment on “Cuomo Prime Time.”
Chris Cuomo stated; “And yes, while it was something I never imagined ever having to do, I did urge my brother to resign when the time came…I’m not an adviser. I’m a brother…This will be my final word on it, and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to do so.”
