City Of Rochester Recognizes Student For Perfect Attendance

The City of Rochester and the Norman Howard Special Education School awarded a local student for never missing a day of school.
Jay Simms has never missed a day of school from kindergarten to 12th grade.
He graduated this summer from Norman Howard Special Education School and plans on attending Monroe Community College to study audio technology.
Way to go Jay!!
