City Councilman Adam McFadden Pleads Guilty In Corruption Case

Monday City Councilman Adam McFadden agreed to plead guilty to the corruption case which involved the Rochester Housing Authority according to 13WHAM News.
He was charged with wire fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Back in February he was arrested for the money laundering investigation.
According to court documents Monday Adam McFadden pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and one count of filing a false tax return. With this plea he is hoping to get 12-18 months in prison and 1 year post -supervised release.
