According to the BBC News website China has put a time limit and how long children can play video games.
Children under the age 18 will only be allowed to play games for one hour everyday between 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Gaming companies are being instructed to help out by putting restriction on children that try playing online gaming outside those times.
Video game companies will also be monitored by an agency to make sure the companies are enforcing the time limit that kids are playing.
These rules comes after researchers found a concern that children who play long hours of video games will have a negative affect on their mental health.
